I know there are many people praying for me, and I genuinely thank every single one of you for that. I was recently asked what specific needs I had that people could pray for. Well, it got me thinking. I know from experience that praying for specifics feels better than praying for vague generalities. So here goes my specific list. Feel free to pray for and mention other things I haven't thought of in the comments.
* That I will never have a recurrence of this or any other cancer. If there is ever recurrence, pray it is caught early.
* I need to rebuild a lot of lost muscle. Pray that I have the persistence to stick with my exercise schedule.
* Lymphedema seems to have shown up in my left arm. Pray that this resolves with physical therapy. UPDATE! It's been over a year since I've had any sign of lymphedema (swelling) in my arm!
